These effects are not just observed in humans. Animals tend to have a change in behavior for noise can disrupt their communication with others.
Because of the increasing problems relating to noise, different places decided to create laws that can regulate the noise, thus, lessening the noise pollution in a certain area. Some laws created totally prohibit loud noises in the entire day and there are also some laws that prohibit loud noises at certain time of the day.
